Dilettos by D'Avolio is partnered with St. Mary School for the Deaf (SMSD).  Aside from being located on their beautiful campus in Buffalo, New York we work hand-in-hand with students who are seeking their CDOS credential.  Student's produce and package all the products that they sell for various fundraisers throughout Western New York.  Not only are they raising money they are also obtaining valuable job related skills.

We have also worked with student interns from the Matt Urban Center to assist in the development of their job related skills.  Students who have interned with us are usually interested in owning a small business and begin to understand that in a small business you have to know how to be effective in all job areas.
