In 2010, D’Avolio Olive Oils, Vinegars and More, opened its first store in Lewiston, NY as an independent source for the highest quality culinary products you have been looking for.
2015, brought changes to the D'Avolio brand, adding a culinary school (D'Avolio Culinary Institute) to the family. This school, located at St. Mary School for the Deaf, has been servicing students with life challenges. These students are being trained in fine dining cuisine and are assisted in obtaining paid employment upon completion.
In 2016, D'Avolio branched out into the restaurant world, opening up several kitchens within the D'Avolio retail operations. This proved to be a great move, and has assisted in giving culinary students practical work experience. Focused on fresh, quality foods, D’Avolio kitchen infuses their oils and vinegars into their savory offerings. The simple menu, allows the customer to order their pizza, salad and sandwich the way they want; paired with their freshly baked breads and homemade soups you can’t go wrong!
2016, also introduced Stuffed Chocolate by D’Avolio to the D’Avolio family. We use 100% pure Belgian Chocolate in our products and are constantly working on new and unique flavors, including infusing D’Avolio oils into some of the products. March 2018 Stuffed Chocolate was effectively changed to Dilettos by D'Avolio
