Delivery and payment information

We ship our products via USPS 2 Day Priority Mail.  If you need your items to be delivered by a certain date please let us know upon placement of your order.  We will do our best to adhere to this timeline, and will contact you if we are unable to do so.  

We accept Paypal and through this system all major credit cards.  Your account will be charged within 48 business hours of order placement.

PayPal Users - Important Note

In order for our shop cart system to properly accept PayPal payments, you must follow the instructions below. If you do not finalize your payment on the PayPal site by clicking the Continue button, we will receive a notification from PayPal that you have placed an order, but we will not have any record on our site as to what your order was!

Once you enter your payment, you must select the Continue button on the PayPal site. If you do not our cart can not complete the sale.

If you do not see a Thank You Sales Confirmation page at the end of this transaction, your request did not finalize.

Shipping Information

We use the USPS Priority Post service for "ground" delivery.  Shipping charges are based on shipping weight and destination plus a small handling fee. You may specify a delivery date, which we will do our best to adhere to.  If for some reason we are unable to meet your deadline, you will recieve communication via email.  At this time you may decide to cancel your order or we can ship as close to your specified date as possible.  

You should be aware that we cannot guarentee delivery of your product.  Once we pass the package off to USPS, it is their responsibility to provide delivery.  We are not responsible for any failure the shipper incurs in the delivery of your package.

Depending on when and where the pacakge is to be delivered, warm weather shipping may be required (see Warm Weather Shipping).  

International Shipping and Cananda

We ship internationally with USPS Airmail Parcel Code.  The international rate is the average rate for shipments.  It may NOT be the rate you are actually charged, and your confirmation will reflect the average rate for this service.  When your order is received and processed we will calculate the actual shipping rate based on weight, distance and service type.  If the rate is HIGHER , we will notify you via email and ask you to confirm acceptance of this rate.  If the rate is LOWER than the average rate we will adjust the shipping charge accordingly and ship in accordance with USPS and United States Customs regulations.  

Customs duties and any local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and cannot be prepaid.  

You should be aware that we can not guarentee any packages that we deliver internationally (or to Canada).  There may be delays in delivery of in customs hold-ups which may affect our products.

Warm Weather Shipping

We recommend when shipping to areas with an average temperaure of 70 Degrees F or higher that you select the Warm Weather Shipping option.  If this option is not selected we can not guarentee the quality of the products in your order.  From May to September a Warm Weather Shipping charge will be automatically added to all items shipped.   

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

If the shipping address you provide to us is incorrect and the product is returned to us, we will make every effort to confirm the shipping address and reship.  Unfortunately, we can not assume the additional charge incurred in reshipping.  We will either charge your credit card or request a check/money order to cover the reshipping charges.  We will notify you of the package return.  If you opt not to reship the order, you will be reimbursed the total of the items on the credit card used to pay, minus the original shipping and handling fees.  

Shipping Times and Dates

We make every effort to ship your products within 48 business hours of reciept of your order.  There are times, however, that this is not possible.  Please keep in mind that all items are handcrafted to order in order to ensure the highest quality product reaches you and/or your loved ones. We will ship as soon as all product is available.  If you require a product by a certain date, please let us know in the comments section of the checkout order form, or call us directly at 716-839-5176 to check availablity.  We will do our best to get your order to you by the requested date.  Holiday orders should follow the Holiday deadline protocols as outlined below. 

Once your gift is shipped, we can email you the tracking number so you may track your gift to its final destination.  This will only be done upon request at the original time of order. 

Holiday Deadlines

Orders must be received at least 1 week BEFORE the dates indicated below to ensure timely delivery (within the continental United States). If any items are temporarily out-of-stock, you will be informed and alternate products suggested.  Please do not wait until the last minute to place you order, especially for Christmas!  

Christmas (December 25) order by December 18 

New Years Day (January 1) order by December 18 (orders must be received 2 weeks prior due to Christmas holiday)

Valentine's Day (February 14) order by February 7

Easter (April 1, 2018) order by March 23, 2018

Mother's Day (May 13, 2018) order by May 4, 2018

Father's Day (June 17, 2018) order by June 8, 2018

Halloween (October 31) order by October 24

Thanksgiving (November 23, 2017) by November 16, 2017
