I have ordered this a few other times, and we like it. I have not yet received my new order yet, but I know we will like it too. We cut in in chunks, and keep it in the freezer.

I make truffles and Callebaut is the perfect chocolate for tempering.

I make Chocolate Truffles and this is the best chocolate to use and taste delicious!!
